Front Desk & Client Experience Associate

Deed Technologies is hiring a Front Desk & Client Experience Associate to serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, corporate visitors, and inbound online inquiries. This role is customer-facing, detail-driven, and central to how clients experience Deed from their very first interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & In-Store Experience
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and visitors professionally.
- Manage visitor flow, direct inquiries to the right departments, and ensure a smooth in-store experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready front desk area.
Inbound Communication & Lead Management
- Respond promptly to inquiries from phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media DMs.
- Qualify customer needs, provide accurate product/service information, and escalate technical queries appropriately.
- Log and track leads, inquiries, and follow-ups, ensuring no customer is left unattended.
Administrative Support
- Support day-to-day admin tasks such as filing, documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
- Assist with basic records management (customer details, service requests, delivery/pickup coordination).
- Support internal teams with clerical tasks as needed (procurement follow-ups, stock request coordination, etc.).
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communications, or related field.
- 1+ year experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality/retail reception (added advantage).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets), email, WhatsApp Business, and social media platforms.
- High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a customer-first attitude.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
